The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the National Marketing Manager - Communities, you will be responsible for leading the marketing campaigns and objectives for new and current developments occurring across the portfolio of Aveo retirement communities. You'll also contribute to broader team performance and initiatives, whilst being part of an award-winning national marketing team.

This is a fixed-term, full-time position until July 2025 based in our Newstead Corporate Office.

You will

  • Develop and implement local area marketing plans for a portfolio of new development retirement communities
  • Have full accountability over tasks relating to local campaigns, advertising, PR, initiatives, stage launches, display openings, and launch/open day events in your portfolio
  • Manage, report, re-evaluate and optimise marketing activities to ensure strong ROI from marketing spend to contribute to lead, deposit and settlement targets
  • Work with key internal and external stakeholders, particularly the sales, development and operations teams, to drive customer-centricity in marketing initiatives, campaigns and events
  • Maintain positive, ongoing relationships with all external creative and media agencies
  • Maintain and update all marketing plans, including budgets, and schedules to ensure deadlines are met

What you'll bring

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar project marketing role with a consumer focus, including creating marketing plans and executing local campaigns and events
  • Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, particularly senior sales team members
  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to demonstrate and report on ROI
  • High levels of resilience with an ability to deliver results within tight timelines
  • Ability to multi-task and handle pressure - both environmental and time
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
  • Impactful communication skills, both written and verbal with an ability to influence stakeholders at all levels 
  • Degree qualified in Marketing, Communications or other related field
  • Current driver's licence
