Aveo's Parkside Carindale sells out in record time

Aveo’s premium master planned retirement community, Parkside Carindale, has sold out only six months after the release of its latest stage. 

Located 14 kilometres east of Brisbane’s CBD, the 10-storey ‘Vista’ building opened in November last year with eager retirees snapping up the 100 luxury apartments in record time, including over 50% of apartments selling off the plan. 

Vista is the third multi-storey building to be released in the lifestyle-driven community.

This $300m master plan community is transforming the original 38-year-old retirement village of 107 low-set villas into a modern multi-storey community of 405 Apartments and a co-located 140-bed aged care community.
