Aveo has announced construction work will begin next month on the second stage of its master planned Bella Vista Haven retirement living community in Greater Sydney’s Hills Shire.
The award-winning community is currently sold out with retirees attracted to its stunning architectural design, state-of-the art facilities, convenient location and elevated views.
Experienced seniors living construction group, Growthbuilt, has been appointed to deliver the second multi-storey residential building, comprising 83 luxuriously appointed two and three-bedroom apartments.
As part of this next stage, Aveo is also bringing forward construction of a multi-lane indoor pool complex.
Aveo Chief Executive Officer Tony Randello said Aveo was well prepared for the coming influx of retirees from the Baby Boomer generation that represent 21.5 percent of Australia’s population.

The first stage of Bella Vista Haven, which is sold out, delivered a striking lakefront community of 64 apartments, alongside five-star facilities including a waterfront restaurant and bar, function room, gymnasium, outdoor gym and yoga lawn, indoor bowls, billiards, library and salon.
Bella Vista is 33km northwest of Sydney’s CBD, with easy access to the Westlink M7 and A2 Motorway.
The next residential building is due for competition in August 2025, with construction time significantly reduced with the basement, car parking and podium level already completed.
Bella Vista Haven is situated within the $3 billion Norwest smart city project, providing residents with convenient access to a hospital and a range of medical facilities, metro rail and major retail and leisure activities.
