Career Development
We care about developing our people and offer multiple avenues for employees to achieve their career goals.
The Aveo Management Development Academy provides growth, education and empowerment for current and aspiring managers at Aveo.
The curriculum is based on training from the Property Council, Retirement Living Council and Blanchard International, as well as customised content from the Aveo Organisational Development team.
Sessions include instructor-led courses and on-demand eLearning on topics as well as our Ignite Leadership series.
We offer an on-demand learning hub that is the home to all things learning, training and development.
Employees can browse the course catalogue to locate on-demand eLearning that can be added to their learning activities and completed at any time.
Our event calendar lists upcoming instructor-led courses such as mandatory training (e.g. First Aid) and development events (e.g. Management Development Academy courses).
Eligible employees can access sponsorship to study a vocational qualification that relates to their role and growth within Aveo, which can support career progression and pathways.
