The Opportunity

In this role, you'll be at the heart of shaping training programs, designing e-learning content, and driving employee development. Reporting directly to GM - Talent, Development & Engagement, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure our people have the skills and knowledge they need to thrive.

You will

• Create engaging and effective e-learning content that enhances team members' understanding of the business and their role.
• Manage the Dayforce LMS, ensuring the smooth operation and administration of training programs.
• Contribute to the design and deliver engaging training programs, both in-person and virtually
• Support onboarding and induction processes to set up new employees for success.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess learning needs and improve training solutions.
• Contribute to broader employee engagement and talent initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace.

What you'll bring

• 2-3 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a similar role.
• Experience administering and creating reports using Learning Management Systems.
• Proven experience, substantial knowledge and skills in the application of Articulate 360 suite and basic multimedia software.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft 365 suite.
• Experience in learning resource design to support development, communication, and professional presentation of training and information resources.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A collaborative mindset and a knack for problem-solving.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage cross-functional projects.
• A qualification in Cert IV Training & Assessment, Learning & Development, or HR (desired)
