The Opportunity
Cleveland Gardens Retirement Living is a large retirement living community located in Ormiston and we're expanding our Nursing team! We have opportunities for casual Enrolled Nurses and Registered Nurses to join our team. In this role, you will thrive in an environment where resident choice comes first. Your ability to build a strong rapport with families and work closely with a dedicated team will help ensure clinical and interpersonal outcomes are exceeded. Your experience will be valued and you will play a key role in supporting the team around you to ensure quality outcomes for all residents in your care.
We're building our pool of casual Nurses to fill shifts on an ad-hoc basis. We also share staff with our Redland Bay and Rochedale communities.
What we offer
- $52.49/hr (RN) or $39.79/hr (EN) including casual loading + relevant Nurses Award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances + superannuation

You will
- Lead, supervise and educate Personal Care Attendants to ensure the delivery of person-centred care at the highest possible standard
- Ensuring all residents receive general and support services in line with resident contracts and care plans and be accountable for all medication management
- Respond to any first aid and medical emergencies
- Maintain effective inter-personal relationships with residents and wider stakeholders
- Liaise effectively with external service providers who provide care within the community
What you will bring
- Current AHPRA registration and current CPR certificate (required)
- Minimum six (6) months experience in Community Care, Aged Care, Home Care or Retirement Living (highly desired)
- Current Police Check clearance (required, however we can complete for you)
- Minimum two (2) COVID-19 Vaccaintions (required)
- Trustworthy, reliable & enjoy working in a team environment
