Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbs Chia seeds
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup strawberries
- 1 tbs honey
- 1/3 cup Greek yoghurt
- 4 ice cubes
Method
Add all ingredients to a blender. Cover tightly and pulse until ice is broken up, then puree until smooth. Add more milk if it is too thick.
Serve immediately.
