Making a difference
Across our diverse communities and corporate offices, we champion causes close to the hearts of residents and staff. From annual fundraisers for national causes such as the breast cancer initiative, Project Pink, and the Poppy Appeal on Remembrance Day, to smaller, community-based initiatives, our 12,000-strong community is consistently dedicated to advancing the greater good.

Reconciliation Action Plan
Guided by our core values, our Reconciliation Action plan aims to increase the participation of First Nations people in our teams, communities and business networks. Our commitment to reconciliation overlaps with our environmental sustainability goals and we will look for ways to support the deep connections that First Nations Peoples have with the air, waters and lands of Australia and to work alongside them to protect these vital resources.

Sustainability programs
We are committed to becoming Australia's most sustainable retirement living provider through the implementation of focused initiatives on national and regional levels. The 2023 Best Sustainability in Retirement Living award for Bella Vista Haven sets the benchmark for our endeavours. Looking forward, through initiatives like achieving zero-emission electricity by 2025, implementing water submetering, waste management strategies, and ongoing progress with solar and battery solutions, we are doing our best to actively safeguard the planet for future generations.
